About us
R&D Ability
Our company have a professional technical development team, the ability and experience of synchronous development in automobile factories, and the CATIA and UG3D software is used for computer-aided design, and the design assistant software is fully used to shorten the product life development cycle.
We have our own mould processing center, and all the moulds of new projects are designed and manufactured by ourselves.
Environmental Performance Experiment Center
In 2012, the company invested 3 million yuan to set up its own laboratory to ensure the reliability of products, meet the needs of customers and ensure product quality.
Production Capacity
Production capacity: At present our factory have 8 loudspeaker assembly lines and 1 automated production line. The annual production capacity is about 3 million different car speakers. In addition, we have our own injection molding workshops with more than 20 injection machines, which can produce relevant plastic parts of loudspeaker, antenna ，speaker box and so on. We also have our antenna workshop and have 5 assembly lines, our annual production capacity can reach 2 million different car antennas.
We have many professional production equipments and test equipments on line to assure our quality, we are strictly carrying ITAF system to assure our quality.
